Please read this BEFORE downloading new drivers
All Cyberview X drivers
If you choose to run this from the web site it will only remove the currently installed version, you will then need to download and run it again to install the new drivers
To avoid this download the driver file and choose SAVE then save this file to your desktop, then when you run it the first time (double click on the EXE file) it will remove the old version, then you can run it again (Double click the EXE file) and this will install the new version drivers onto your system.
After installing the driver , if the device manage still shows or , make sure you have turned the scanner on , and already installed the new driver , then run update.exe
